    Well, real or not, she is useless at replying to queries. I did a long and incredibly tedious survey a few months back which had a fault right at the end when returning to the site - so it just showed as available to take - I tried twice and then emailed - didn't even get a reply.

    I had this problem about 2 months ago, i took a long time completing a survey which involved watching and listening to boring video clips. I got to the end and then it went to the home page and didnt give me any points! I emailed to complain, i did get a reply saying they'd look into it but it may take a while....nothing yet....im not doing any more if its not sorted out as i would have got a lot of points for it.

    They are a bit slow.

    I can't log in either - first problems I've had in 2 years - but at least i had just received and spent my last £20 at Amazon!

  • Has anyone noticed that the rewards catalogue for Lightspeed has suddenly been changed, it's now run by a company called Perks Plus, and it won't let me log in with my lightspeed account details. I emailed for a password reminder and had to pick my account number which i did (its given automatically i think) and was sent a password, but using these didn't work either.

    Anyone know anything about this?

    Has anyone noticed that the rewards catalogue for Lightspeed has suddenly been changed, it's now run by a company called Perks Plus, and it won't let me log in with my lightspeed account details. I emailed for a password reminder and had to pick my account number which i did (its given automatically i think) and was sent a password, but using these didn't work either.

    Anyone know anything about this?

    It has been run by perks plus for ages now. Probably about 2 years. It should automatically log up into the rewards site when you click the link on your points page. I'm not actually sure if its possible to login yourself which could be why you are having problems. You could try emailing lightspeed to see if they could help.

    Hi, Anyone else besides me not received many surveys recently? Over the last two months I have had hardly any compared with previous months! Just wondered whether it was general or just me.

    No it's not just you...I very rarely get surveys from lightspeed now. When I first joined I was invited to take surveys all the time but when I complained to them about a survey I wasn't credited for they stopped sending me invites! I think I've had about 2 surveys in the past 4 or 5 months!!

    Oh I had no idea perks plus were behind, usually i can get straight on to the rewards page so i guess thats why i didnt know. thanks for the info though! hopefully its just an error and it will be fixed soon. ive taken your advice and emailed lightspeed and perks to see what the can do.
