are you still having problems? i ordered e voucher few day ago and it didint came through strait away, so i wanted t log in and try to resend it but i cannot login at all i'm with yahoo as well... did you get replay with your query...

no - no reply to my emails

i called them and try to speak to lauren - got told that department was very busy and left a message for a callback which never came

now filing a small claims court action against them for the money that they owe me - its a small amount but its the principle of the matter

There is no such person as Lauren, I think. Lightspeed have a French side to them, and Lauren is the person to contact from there, too.

I think Lauren is as real as the people who sign Readers Digest letters (Tom Champagne???!!!) and Littlewoods catalogue teasers.
