hmmmmm Seems we are the only two killbill! Who is your email account with? Mine is with yahoo - don't know if that makes a difference! Tried signing in again but still no luck :mad: Emailed them yesterday so will just await a reply.

Hi! Yeah mine did exactly the same, put in my user and pass and it said I have not filled in the registration, but I know I have as I have been doing surveys with them and collected points, I will be emailing them just as soon as my email decides to work again!

I am still having problems logging into my account. Have just gone through all of my emails to see if I have the activation email from them when I first signed up but cannot find it!

I was looking forward to ordering a voucher to buy an xmas present but they are just ignoring all my attempts of contacting them. I guess I will just wait to see how it turns out.

Lightspeed have been known to close accounts if they consider the surveys haven't been answered with thought. ?!?!
