Try emailing again - I had problems a while back and had to email more than once, but they did eventually get it sorted out. Suspect they just get a bit snowed under whenever there is a glitch in the system.

My oh has the same problem she sent off for them (£15 paypal vouchers) and has had nothing

I replied a while ago saying no probs with my account, (or family members accounts) and hey ho, mine has been like it for almost a week now, :rotfl: serves me right doesn't it?:rotfl:

there are 3 of us in my family who are members and use the same computer, at different times of course and me a lot more than the other 2, but I reckon they've probably kicked us off thinking we are cheating, or something, of course I'm gutted, it was nice getting an occassional £5 discount of new cd's etc. and my son had £5.20 which was almost another voucher.:mad:

4.1 Lightspeed may terminate your membership immediately by notifying you by email if one of the following events occurs.
(a)you breach any of these Terms and Conditions (including any terms found in the Privacy Policy, Lightspeed Official Promotion Rules and Website Terms and Conditions); or
(b)you misuse your membership of the panel or use it for any improper purpose; or
(c)Lightspeed�s right to process and use information which is necessary to run the panel is legally withdrawn, by law or otherwise; or
(d)you have not accessed the website for a period of three months or more.
4.2 Lightspeed may also terminate your membership on one month�s notice by email, without specifying a reason."

has anybody who has had problems loging in received an email from lightspeed cancelling their account within the past 4 weeks or not

if not they they are in breach of contract.

I too have received no reply to my numerous emails that I have now sent to them. I have been a member with them for about two months and have only managed to get through 3 surveys so there is no way I have done anything wrong for them to cancel my account. I understand how they can ignore one persons request for an answer but this is just crazy! :mad:

I registered with them months ago after seeing a thread about them here. I completed many surveys. Now it won't let me log on & says that I am not registered. I have sent several emails to no avail & was wondering whether anybody here has had the same problem or knows how to get in touch with them?

i had this problem two weeks ago, i tried entering my email address and password about 8 times,eventually it let me log on. Few days later i received an email from lightspeed advising they had had system problems but was now resolved.i have only contacted them by email,do not have a phone number,sorry.
