i think lightspeeds the best purley cause when they invite you to a survey you actually get paid for it, with the others you spend 20 mintues doing a survey to be told your not what they're looking for.
i always trade my points for paypal cash if it helpsDon’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.
Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.0 -
lightspeeds attitude to problems with their surveys suck though
for instance say for instance the surevy hangs halfway through that you doing it - you email them as they say your suppose to and they send back an auto email saying that they cant reposnd to your email etc
you in the meantime have just lost 150 points etc0 -
I just completed a survey yet the points weren't allocated to my account! They are usually done right away aren't they? Should I email them about it?0
-
Yes send them an e-mail, but don't expect much of a response in my experience... If I remember correctly I eventually got my points added, but yes this happened to me before and they should add on straight away.0

Agreed. I'm currently owed 410 points for 2 surveys that failed to redirect properly back to the Lightspeed site. Both of the partner sites tell me that I've already completed the surveys but the links are still shown on my members page and the points haven't shown up on my account. I've got several support requests outstanding and apart from the automated response, I've had no communication from them at all.
On the other hand, I had a similar problem with a Test & Vote survey the other day and after reporting it, I got an email back the same day saying they'd had a look, found there was a problem, and would be awarding me the points anyway as they could see I'd completed the survey. :T
I work in tech support and would love to spend a day on the Lightspeed helpdesk to [strike]show them how it's done[/strike] see what it's like.0 -
hi,
I redeemed 550 points from my Lightspeed account for Amazon E-voucher GBP5.
But the voucher never arrived.. I suspect that might have got deleted by spam filter..
I changed my email address registered at Lightspeed and tried resending voucher but it gave error!
I wrote at least 3-4 emails asking them to resend the E-CERT to my new email but they are not responding... Any solution??0 -
dunno they take a couple of days to respond

you can get it resent...
go to your lightspeed points account,
then on the tab that say redeem points
then at the top of that page it has a few more tabs, go to the my account one and it lists your vouchers/codes, if you click on the lost one you can arrange for it to be re-sent.
hope this helps
oh sorry, just noticed you have already tried this, dohWINS of 2008 :j
