I had the same problem at the end of the last week. I sent them an e-mail to which I haven't had an answer yet but I tried to resend this morning and it worked.

I'm not sure if the problem worked its self out or they did something but just didn't let me know.

Keep trying every day until they reply

The same thing happened to me with a HMV voucher on friday night. I mailed them on sunday and got a reply last night with resend instructions but also the voucher turned up too. I think whoever mailed me resent it. Seems like they have had a problem with vouchers

Apologies, if this is the wrong place, but wasn't sure the best best to put it! Has anyone else noticed how exorbitant the cost of a £5 boots voucher is on Lightspeed compared to November 2006?

Last year, I paid 500 points. I just finished a survey today, saw my points were 585 and thought I has enough for a new £5 voucher. Nope, it's now 720 points!

I noticed that the cost of the other 'rewards' were gradually creeping up too, but a 50% price hike seems a bit greedy, doesn't it? The points offered for the surveys certainly haven't changed.

Anyone know what's happened please?

There definitley was a problem with their voucher sending system as I ordered one 22/11 and never received anything from them, emailed them a few days ago and still got no reply.

Just followed those re-send instructions and hey presto e-mail came through instantly! (Thanks dontwannabeindebt!)

I also have a new survey in my account ready to take and have not received e-mail alerts to tell me they are there.

I've noticed the creep in points rewarded too, or the drop in vouchers. ToLuna were offering a £15 HMV voucher, now its £12. Though for Lightspeed you still only need 550 points for a £5 Amazon or HMV e-voucher so I'll keep on choosing those. And Valued Opinions have upped their minimum payout amount to £10 from £5. I guess it keeps costs down for them.
