Huge thumbs up to lightspeed this week, loads of surveys for me and OH. Some for 300-440pts each. Receiving the amazon codes really quickly too, great for Xmas.

Has anyone else done a survey for lightspeed in person?
I did one last week and they gave me £40 in cash, it was quite fun too. Not sure if I can actually talk about it though (?)

What annoys me about LightSpeed is that we can't update the interest surveys.
I screwed up the beauty one and now can't complete it. Their response is just a generic one.

I havent had much trouble from lightspeed - I get my paypal payments after about a week or so. Much easier than vouchers...can transfer it right across to bank account!:T

a survey in person sounds good:D , i have tested a few things lately like yummy chocs .

i always get paypal and they come around a week but must admit have been a bit slower lately.

I'm having a problem with lightspeed and wondered if anyone else was experiencing the same. When I go to my account page and click on "enter shop" I get taken to a site called perksplus and get asked to log in with my username and password!!!

Any ideas anyone???

you might need to clear your temp files and cookies because it sounds like you might have some adware diverting you to that site,

I think that is OK, when I ordered my amazon evouchers, I got an email from perksplus with the working amazon code , so I'm fairly sure it's legit.
just checked, if you go to the FAQs in rewards it say this

I had a wee look at my shop page and found the url it directed me to is this https://www.perksplus.com/PerksPlusV2/Secure/RewardZone/Default.aspx

If you are logged in to lightspeed then this takes you to the shop options, but I logged out and clicked the link (to make sure that it wouldn't lead to MY page) and I got the login for perks plus - the page I think you are getting.
Maybe if you are unable to get to the reward zone page you might try logging in to lightspeed then minimising the window without logging out and then clicking the link I've provided above. Hopefully you will get your rewards soon!
