Just a couple of questions DM if you dont mind, my head is spinning at the moment and lots keep springing to mind!!!!
What actual questions did the intermedery ask? Were they just confirming what you had already signed off on SOA?
Did they ask how you got into debt in the first place?I used to be Snow White, but I drifted.Mae West

Hi
Yes i had to write a brief outline reason of how i came to be in this situation, there was a box for this info on the back of my income/expenditure form i filled out from the DRO pack. but when intermediary filled out online form they just have a little drop down box with a few reasons to choose from and they choose the one that is nearest to your situation. yes they just confirmed what was on the forms, only extras was past address of last 6 years and if you have ever used another name.

Me again!!!!
Dont know if you have read the DRO sticky on DFW?
Well if you havent, here is a lovely paragraph from someone who work at CCCS:
"The qualifying criteria are very rigid. If you fit the criteria there should be no reason why a DRO would be rejected. It's similar to how the process works with bankruptcy. If you are insolvent and fit the criteria, a judge won't turn around and tell you that you're not going bankrupt!"
Just thought reading that may make you feel better about your wait this weekend!!!I used to be Snow White, but I drifted.Mae West
