    Hi Dizzy.

Your doing OK Hun....sounds like you`re a worrier like me!!!

If you just need a chat feel free to Pm me ....not that I know much about DRO`s but if you need to talk you know where I am.

Take care....will be following this thread next week.

Try & relax & as D says....if its gets too much do something to take your mind off it.....paint a wall, gardening, mindless wander round Tesco...usually works for me.

Thanks D & Angie, I'm having a really bad time with my nerves over this DRO, spend most of my day starting things and not finishing because i can't think straight, feel like i'm going crazy, I try and put a smile on my face for the kids, but even that is getting harder to do. I admire every one here, this is the hardest thing to do.
On the good side i have become a bit OCD about money and budgeting, I have stuck to my new budget since 6th april and it is going really well, I get such a thrill to see that i can pay all my ongoing bills gas/elec water etc and still have a bit of money for clothes/uniforms for the kids to put by each week. And the best bit is having money for food shopping, every week, a set amount, just for food shopping, it's fantastic. :j

    It is hard DM.

Your every waking moment is filled with what if's,you go over and over and over evey little thing in your mind. You can not concentrate, you get snappy, tearful, not hungry ,can not sleep the list goes on.

It is pretty usuall in the last few days before the deed is done.

    You are doing great girl.

Focus on that bit about having money for food, managing to save small amounts and biggest thing is it is all cash:D Thats what will keep you motivated and see you through the next few days till it's all over.

The fact that I had been on this forum so long before I actually went BR and knew exactly what was going to happen I wasn't nervous at all and actually slept really well the night before.

We have all survived to tell the tale - you will too!

    Hi everone,
:j I recieved my barcode to pay the £90 today, so i have done that, I also signed the copy of the DRO online application and posted it back, Rang my intermediary and she said they had recieved my credit report, so as i have paid my £90, she just needs to wait to recieve the signed form back, then she will ring me and confirm i wish to go ahead and then submit my application. I am bricking it, the nerves are getting the better of me at times, swings and roundabout emotions, rollercoaster ride of a lifetime, god only knows how i'm going to cope with the wait after application is submitted to hear from the OR to know if my DRO has been accepted. The wait will probably involve vast amounts of chocolate, thank you again to everyone for holding my hand through the last few weeks i wouldnt of made it without you all.
