    Mushroom omelette yak no wonder uuuurrrrrr makes me shudder! I had delish salad, cous cous, HM coleslaw and beetroot (my all time favourite :) )

    Hi Pap....no worries....no easily offended...me and DD are now swapping clothes...she is four and a half months pregnant and has a tiny tiny bump...

    I have lost 23lbs and need a new wardrobe.......she is gutted....:D

    I am still having 2 shakes a day and then a proper evening meal but I seem to have gone off the rails a bit lately...although when I say go off the rails I manage to stick to good options (with the odd creme egg blip along the way)
