Good point there Ms P! i was out last night while Erin was at Brownies and it was sooooo nice to be able to run in daylight at 6-7pm at night... what time were you running that it was dark? Do you wear high viz stuff?

Loving the fact that old work offered you a job... what to do??

I have 2 jackets that i got from JJB one is a proper jacket and the other a gillet that make you stand out from the crowd. my theory is if anything happens then you cant be accused of not being seen hence lovely insurance payout!! he he

Thanks for asking bookie.... she got given her swimmer and craft badges last night, so she was pleased... she's to get her advanced swimmer later as it's been signed off, they just didn't have the badge....

She's doing a 1k run at the end of April when i do 5k at balmoral castle, and will get a tshirt and a medal, so we're hoping we can use that as evidence of sporting achievement or something, but i need to have a good look at the badge book....

Will be sewing badges onto her sash thingy tonight! oh joy!

everyone in our running club wears those, or little mesh vesty things... i have a mesh thing... i tend to overheat so the thought wearing an extra layer is not good for me... but i really need to get something for safety, although matters less at this time of year i guess...

my gawd 2245!!! you must have been ping wide awake when you got home!!! what time did you get to sleep!!!???

Morning all, I am here and happy! Doing some job searching this morning when I wake up a bit more. Get it out of the way at least.

Just had to hide from my landlord, I thought he was coming round tonight for the half rent, so I've not been the bank yet and I'm still not dressed. He has to come round tonight to get the money off my other housemate, he's actually was told to come round in the evening.
Not an expert, but I try and contribute and I'll always listen. Middle child of middle child parents. I drink way too much coffee.

Maz JJB sports!!!!! my high viz jacket was £9.99 and my little gillet was £6.99 I get really hot too but both of those are light enough that they dont affect my heat. alternatively look at some of the running websites there are ll numbers of sashes clip on lights etc that are really good prices. soz forgot to mention, post shower etc i was aslepp by midnight. it knackered me and the second i got through the front door i felt zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz :)
