Oh Sall, sorry I forgot to say that Jack seems to be out of the woods. He hasnt eaten much since Fri night, but has eaten more this morning and hasnt been sick since Sun PM. But I tell you what, the bug really took it out of him, couldnt lift his head or anything. GOing out shortly for some fresh air which should buck him up too

Do you know back in Jun I requested a 30 internet bundle on my contract phone at £5 for 30 days and when it got close to running out at the 30 day point in Jul and when it was close to expiring in Jul I phoned up to request another 30 days at £5. Anyway, I go away for a few months and come back in Dec and find theyve been charging me all the time Ive been away so I phone up and request that it be recredited because I didnt want it, I didnt use it and as far as I was concerned I had to phone up to renew it every 30 days, Anyway I get the latest bill and sure enough its been stopped and ive just phoned up to query where is the credit and they say they cant because i didnt cancel it and i said well i wasnt made aware that it was an ongoing charge and i certainly wasnt made aware of this when i phoned up to renew something that didnt need renewing in Jul!!! Anyway he agreed to give me 3 months worth back which isnt all of it but its someting. AND last month i requested more minutes on my bundle to see me through to the end of the month and sure enough they have billed me for it again, and they didnt make me aware that I had to cancel it. !!!!!!s eh Anyway rant over

i had a friend whos toddler smothered her fabric sofa in sudocrem... can you imagine the mess! insurance job apprently as it doesn't come off... lol!!

Maybe I should have got my 2 year old neice to have smothered my Boiler in Sudocrem then the insurers might have paid out without question :rolleyes:

OH is going to have one more go at them on the grounds that they at no point told us to keep the old boiler for inspection and looking at my records I first put the claim in when the work had started but not finished.
