It's mostly because eventually they lose soooo much memory.. and don't even realise they have. After the initial flurry of it all .. its FAR more upsetting for the family who can see and feel whats happening.. than the person WITH it.

Have written letter of agreement, will post today. Anyone else been in this position to this point... am I able to relax or expect further investigation??

I would strongly suggest that you sort out the payments since March, adjust your monthly payments to meet their demand now then once they confirm they revised payments, send the agreement.
