Not had any experiance with them, however they will probably negotiate full and final payments with your credit cards. So will close down your cards as 'partially settled', but will impact badly on your credit file and be there for the next 6 years.

This will have an adverse impact when you try and apply for credit in the future.

Just been contacted by a firm who say they may be able to clear most of my credit card debt without paying any more money to them.
They're called Glovista Red and they seem kosher in that they come up on the Goverment claims regulation site and the info they told me was where they said it would be and said what they said.
    Anybody experienced them.
    They're ringing back Monday teatime.

save your cash and read the posts on here - there are like 500+ all claiming to do the same and you know what, they are a scam.....

;) If that firm is called Camelot, it's no wonder you are falling about the floor laughing. ;)
We could all learn a little something from the weather. It pays no attention to criticism.

Can anyone tell what is to stop someone who has a credit card issued to them before 2007, going out spending loads of money on it and then attempting to get the debt written off?

Concern about their future creditworthiness maybe?
