LOL, sorry - nice one. You had me well and truly then! That's why when I defended it I clarified myself just to make it clear. Thanks though! Post amended now #52

Stick to page one, the initial posts advise the process without any disruption from the preachers....

NO - do not use a company. Ignore the negative comments they are not relevant to the facts. Follow procedure on page one and you'll be fine. Get the CCA request off, see what happens......

You'll still get help from people - just a lot of negative people who bring morals into real life situations and who, luckily for them, have never ever needed help before! (slight sarcasm)

do you think that people are so negitive because at the end of the day the people have spent the money? which i agree should be paid back it is the interest that has crippled me and the harrssing phone calls and loss of hours in work at the end of the day it was the banks that got us into this in the first place:mad:

Link to the company that pays referrals has now been removed it was not a banner, I'm well aware of the difference between an advertising banner and a company that offers referrals to people that put business there way.

Are you daft or just ignorant?

    The facts:

I posted a link advertising the fact that companies who charge for this service are scammers, or words to that effect. I was then notified that on this page there was an advert, this would be called a banner in I.T terms - basically the banner changed when you refreshed the page.

The page in general was designed to point out to people that these companies are not to be trusted, something that is quite clearly one of my strong beliefs and can be vouched by reading any of my posts on this subject - there are plenty to pick from :p.

However, the lass from scotland seems to think she's now an I.T expert and trying to imply something that she knows damn well has nothing to do with me - I cannot control the content of a webpage owned by thisismoney.co.uk and if they are stupid enough to contradict their own site with banner ad's, so be it. I do however think that a nice reminder that the link may be 'soured' would have been been better than your pointless, smart ars comments which to be honest just go to prove that you are indeed incendiary.

Me thinks that little miss trouble-maker, ought to go and have a long hard think and smell the coffee! :naughty:

It doesn;t matter what they think, the facts of the matter are that you do have rights and you are free to utilise those rights by following guidance found on MSE.

    Good luck

Thats exactly why I started this thread to stop people from wasting their money on these scumballs...... they are taking advantage of other people's misery.

All you have to do is follow the steps as page one, starting with CCA letter and the 1 pound cheque/postal order.

See what they send back and upload here - take out personal info though (paint does this).... we'll look after you don't worry but remember do not pay these companies!
