I bet your family don't wish that though :o

If you feel you've lost your identity can you do something just for you? Book a course, have a night out with friends?

I have Tiff's fan with me. His name is Harry, he's 38 and from Grimsby. He's bought some infamous Grimsby fish for supper.

You did mean this sort of fan, right?

I hope everyone is as well as can be. I'm not able to reply to everything at the moment, with the worry about my medical etc.

1 month today since my cat died :( The cat I took to vet last Friday seems fine now, but now one of the others isn't too well. I'll have to monitor her. 4 ill cats in 7 months after over 14 years of perfect health. Just one of the 5 has had no issues and i'm sure she's next :o

Feeling very low with worry over a few things, although in my very own way, trying to joke about small things to get me through.

Hi just a quick question for non-medial opinions from those who suffer....

When it is classed as depression?
When should you see your doctor regarding it?

I'm not suicidal, not self harming, carrying on with daily life but just fed up, sick of most things (apart from home/family life), snappy, tearful and stressy and really bored of my job. I know it's probably grief (recent family bereavement) and to be honest I don't want to go on tablets anyway as I've been told you can't take anti-hisitimine with it and I suffer really badly from hayfever :o

But I don't seem to be having many "better" days :o

I don't have any friends, I drive em away with my depression.
People only like me when I'm fun and or a good listener

    My family drive me nuts

    I wanna run away

Does it affect your everyday life?

Have you had counselling for your grief?

Can you get help with anything you find boring? Is there anything you can change?

I wish I could change my job but I'm on a DMP and wouldn't get anything that pays this well, so would probably have to go bankrupt - has crossed my mind though :o

For the past year we have been trying to run a business and he is at home all day after being used to him working outside the home. I find he hinders me trying to run the house. He is very helpful running me and my mum around, and deals with any idiots we have to deal with, so feel bad saying what I say.

Thankfully, we have no money worries but we do need to earn.

What is getting me down is his odd atmosphere after we have done jobs and work. He is distant when we are together, like he doesn't want to do what we are doing or want to be with me, like he is going thro the motions to make me happy but I sense he's not happy, so it makes me unhappy coz I don't feel he wants to be with me. He says he is tired, so I let him rest.

I feel our own places would make him happy, he has to be asked to do every household job and I find it hard doing my jobs with him around giving off miserable atmospheres .

TBH he is a drag and it gets me down to the point of not being able to function.
