feeling calmer and happier at the moment, still binge eating but am 'trying' to knock it on the head.
Have come to the conclusion i'm better off not bothering myself with some people if i can help it (and probably avoiding them like the plague with the 'effects' they have on me) plus trying to make new friends and sticking with those that have stuck with me through it all?0 -
