hope all well, on thier way up and or get better.
same old for me, kinda feel better, then had ruddy colleage start with the nastyness about another colleage to blame me and chase me down the road having a go. had a word with the manager though to find out he had a few words sort of thing but cant do anything once it out of work?
she doesnt talk to me or anything which suits me as it quite funny with me bieng polite and proffesional as i can when i serve her and so on.
had to ask what another colleage was on about though as 'they' were talking about someone they work with the same as another colleage on a particular shift. i got the wrong end of the stick apparently although it was a 'strange and kinda shocked reaction' i got. feel better for asking though.0 -
Ruby, how do you feel about your dosage being reduced? Any ill effects? What are you on if you dont mind me asking?0

I will have to sort something. Telephoned MIND the other day & they've received no referral from the mental health team, even tho' they told me they would write to MIND straight away and mark the letter urgent.
My OH had phoned mental health team only a few days before asking for support and whether they had wrote to MIND. He got the usual yes we've sent the letter & we can't do anything now as I've been referred on to another service.
My OH rekons we should write a letter to a medical ombudsman, but I'm not even sure there is such a thing. He also said I've had constant assesments with various agencies but as yet no help or support. It's a crazy disheartening situation.0 -

I'm pleased as I had already reduced it unofficially anyway. I'm on paediatric dose of risperedone (smallest dose possible) and Soduim Valporate. The Sodium Valporate was reduced. Here dead we lie because we did not choose

Devil you should be able to get help from Mind without a referral. What about seeing if Rethink can help you.http://www.rethink.org/Here dead we lie because we did not choose

Yes I realised that, but the waiting is list is long and getting the referral from the mental health team was supposed to be urgent as I need the support now. Have been struggling on for too long and am pretty desperate for help.
I will check out the link. Do you know if they operate all over the country?0
