Hope this site may prove useful to some of you https://www.moodscope.com. It's about mood mapping with the support of 'buddies'. It's presently being trialed at the Institute of Psychiatry London with good results. XHere dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.

Interesting. I've signed up, got to give it a go at least! Only have one buddy, but she calls me every day and knows my mood anyhow, from the shoutiness or excitedness!0 -

:hello: Geminilady,
Thank you so much for the lovely comment about me as a GypsyI am saving up for a pet dog so I can get one hopefuly in 2011.Got more saving up to do but doing well already
so the £10 went to my dog fund and Mum and Dad dont touch it as they look after it for me and I can add to it when I need to.Also hoping in 2011 to have another new property to live where the dog can go outside in the garden or yard as where I am now although I could happily have a dog I wont consider it at the moment as property isnt suitable really for one.
love and light,

Sorry folks, I'm feeling particularly low today. Had a terrible night sleep too, full of horror style nitemares, They were very disturbing.
Hope everyone is feeling a little better & hugs to those who are struggling.0
