My Daughters result were ok but could have been better, as she is very bright, she was really upset and it make me feel awful as I was unable to make her feel any better and felt massive guilt ,blaming myself for them not been better.
I think I am going through my 48hrs of madness I get every month ,however I feel no joy in life generally and don't want to do anything but mess about with distractions on the computer as I feel unable to cope with anything else.
I manage to keep it together enough to go to work.
Doctors appointment next week, just worried about the side effects of extreme tiredness.
I know the tablets work for me but the tiredness it debilitating.
All my life I have felt like this and it only improves when I go on antidepressants.
Group hug sh1305 :grouphug: hope the stresser in your life resolves itself and you feel better soon.
Sorry to hear about your daughter's results not being so good but there are so many avenues to take from now on.
If you know you get 48 hours where you can't function, can you schedule a break for that time/An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

My depression is back. I do know the reason behind it this time - doesn't make it any easier though.
Is there anything you can do about the trigger? Is it a person or a situation? An average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

Hi all, hope you are all well. I want to come back and post more often but cannot right now - I know I owe replies to people. I'm not sleeping so find the PC too tiring and hurtful on the eyes. When I lay down my mouth kills me and dentist won't do anything until 24th August, so basically I get 3-4 hours max sleep at night and in the day when i'm sitting/standing it's not usually too bad, but i'm so tired I can't do anything. The last month has been a complete waste and tonight i've not slept a wink. I think the painkillers are stopping having any effect and nothing is working. I'm going to have to get blunt and forward with the dentist or some kind of PCT and tell them it has to be sorted. Never had pain like this and i've had alot.
Take care all and I hope to return regularly one day.0 -

OMG. I just googled "Controlling mothers" and "forum", and a lot of the stories, with a few tweaks for culture, are pretty much my mother. It's depressing, but it actually gave me a laugh!0

It's my pain relief, which unfortunately, I can't manage without. I have a doctors appointment on Wednesday, so will discuss it then.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked

Miro Sorry to hear you are still suffering with your teeth i know how painful it can be.I don't understand why you cannot go to an emergency dentist you just ring the nhs helpline and tell them you are in agony and cannot sleep and they should see you the same day including weekends it is out of order that your dentist will not treat you until aug 24th did he give a reason?0 -

Hey all. long time no post.
I'm seeing my pysch on monday and i'm dreading it. When i was 15 something bad happened to me and i've never told anyone about it, but the more i think about it the more i see a significant an effect it has had on my mental health. I don't know how i'm going to bring it up. I've ignored ot for going on 7 years, but the other year i had to face it, as i had to go back to place where it happened as part of my uni course. When i got there i just broke down but couldn't tell anyone what was wrong, and its not something i could tell y parents as it would destroy them. I'm also going to visit day services for the first time with my CPN. Part of me feels as though extra support is good but at the same time i'm reminded that i have gotten worse, not better. My BPD is playing up, my moods are swinging between extremes in a matter of hours. I'm expereincing everything and its too much. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Yes I sound bitter because I have invested so much in people who have sh*t on me/us.
Sorry you are having a bad time of it. I know what you mean by investing so much into someone then being pooped on from a great height. A big reason I don't trust people.Hi

It's more my gums than my teeth. Antibiotics din't work.
My dentist surgery is strange. They can afford to be picky as they are the only NHS one in my town. Last time I went for an emergency, the dentist ate an apple, prodded my mouth and asked 'what's this' and said 'it will be okay' and sent me away in pain. They say they have no available appointments until Aug 24th. They are funny about people who are exempt from charges. They once gave me two injections for a filling, ran out of time so turned the 2nd tooth into a 'chip'. I no longer have that tooth. Fed up of dentists as all my problems are because of shoddy NHS work in 2002
I think it's the NHS helpline I called before, or it may have been PALS or even both - one was closed, the other just rang and rang and rang. May have been the same one at different times. Will have to phone them though as i'm not sleeping. Managed 5 hours on and off last night/this morning due to many painkillers. The most sleep i've had in about a month..0
