evening everybody, had a lovely day at the coast today, walked on the beach, ate fish and chips, went on fair rides, did a bit of shopping, bought kids some books, and yet more clothes for their birthday tommorrow, cant believe they are 15 tommorrow, where did all those years go?? had a really fab day

I'm not much better today, but I know it will all work out so I'm not stressing about it.

Sorry you're not so good either Twinkle, but things will get better I'm sure.

Nice to hear from you Mouse, I hope you are feeling ok.

Shaz, I'm so pleased you had a nice day at the coast, the years fly by quickly, my twins are now 31, seems like only the other day we all left hospital a scared, bundle of children, I wasn't quite 17 when they were born.
Fortunately, it all worked out in the end and I am very proud of all my children.

Yeah, it was around 25, lol.
I have to tell you, they never stop needing us, especially the boys.

My daughter is very independant, but the boys are phoning me all the time for something or another

Hello Everyone hope everyone is feeling better. I've just had a nice walk round the park. I haven't really been walking for a while as my osteoarthritis has been really bad and I've found it quite painful. I've been spending quite a bit of time in bed but that's not really the best thing to do.
My sons Dad put a bet on the Grand National for him and he ended up winning a £100 so that was good.
Children really do grow up so quickly, my son was 24 the other week.

Thank you all for your wishes, means a lot.

Had a better day today, think I was just tired yesterday, when tired get emotional, when get emotional get stressed, can't sleep...one vicious circle. Work was ok, I think the lack of stress and responsibility I now have there has got to be a good thing.

Docs went ok, same tablets for next 2 months, still have sore throat so if no better next week will be referred to ENT specialist as tonsil still large. Oh...I have a boil in my armpit..lovely, its very sore and hurts when move arm. So I've got antibiotics again and if its no better in a week then I need to go back and quote "we'll have to see to it" _pale_ ! Oh the joy, if not one thing its another!

hope everyone is well.
Katie, I hope you like your new dress, you always do so well at the competitions.
Ruby, nice win, hope he spends it wisely, or maybe just blows it on sweets, lol.
Twinkle, sorry that you're still unwell, I hope everything gets sorted out soon.

I have no plans for today which I'm glad for, still having trouble controlling my blood sugars, so I'll ring my specialist nurse later, see if she can help me work it out.

Morning, Part Mouse. Not a bad day today. Im still waiting for a hospital appointment. If its not in the post today then I may ring them up. I didn't receive my last appointment until I rang them up and asked them. Then I received two in the post!:cool:

Im off for a cuppa and to do my ironing now.
