  • So apparently depressed people aren't allowed to leave the house :( meh shouldnt let this get to me but i always feel like i shouldn't go to the pub quiz even though it is the one time of the week i will leave the house and and its the only social contact i will have some weeks. i fel guilty as it is and now its going to be used against me.

Don't feel guilty, my doctor told me its important to do things you enjoy and keep active, physically and mentally as much as you can. But I understand what you say, its like I said yesterday I was told I must be better as I laughed and smiled at something.

Who will use against you? Don't let them get to you and go to quiz x

I'd have thought so but to the uneducated masses its just more evidence that we're not really ill  i've opened a can of worms that really should have been left closed :( cos i'm not in a sane enough state of mind to not to take everything personally.

Don't let it get to you, s/he obviously has issues, not your fault or your problem.

    Hi Katie,

I'm glad you've managed to sort your PC out, and I'm really happy that you had a great time with your boyfriend.
Enjoy the rest of your evening.

    Hi Alison,

Thanks,Hope you are ok.Took me a whole hour or more to sort out my Pc again but I am clever and use a recovery disc :) had to reinstall antivirus and internet explorer 8 and the new mouse I got the other day works a treat.Just treated myself to some disney dvds with some of the money I won from Tombola.co.uk so can spend some more another time.I brought Dumbo and Bolt :) I was going to get them from Play.com but their information on buy 1 get one free wasnt straightforward like Amazon.co.uk was,so got it from Amazon much cheaper so really happy with the purchases and I will get them next week :)

    chat tomorrow

Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.
