Evening all, I hope you've all had a good day.

I was invite to attend a focus group by my local borough council and the Enviroment agency , it was to do with the local enviroment only 8 of us were invited and we were given £40 each to cover travelling, that's the best pay I've ever received for 90 mins of my time!

I'm going to go and watch a bit of tv, sweet dreams all ~ Alison x

Well done Shaz, that is excellent.
I'm up at stupid o'clock again, sleep seems to be avoiding me, I am so tempted to take another sleeping tablet bit I have to get up early so I'll have to give it a miss.
