i am the worlds most stupid idiot :eek:, ian text me this morning, and instead of just deleting it, i read it first, and texted back, he wrote some really nasty things on the text, which were totally untrue, he just wants to keep hurting me. why oh why did i read and text back, ended up in tears, and have felt low all day. fancy a drink already but not even had tea yet.
had to take daniel to see doctors, turns out his rash is shingles.

So sorry for Daniel, Shingles can be very painful, I hope the GP gave him suitable pain relief.

This has been discussed before I think, but:
Does anyone find that drinking tea affects their mood? I've had 3 out of 5 days this week where I've felt like poo. With the exception of today, (Monday & tonight are the only nights I haven't run away) I've had drank tea every morning this week.

evening all, managed to not start any alcohol yet, waiting til i've been in bath, by which time, i'll probably get over wanting any, thats the plan.
the doctor has given daniel co-codamol, he'd a good lad, and will only take them when he really needs them. the doctor reckoned the pain will get worse after the rash has started to dry up, as it affects the nerve endings, hope he dosent suffer too much.
idiotgirl, sorry your having such a hard time at the moment, i would suggest discussing it with your gp.
sh, i drink tea and coffee every day, and it dosent affect me. i do drink de-caff tho

I drink between four and six cups of tea a day and have cut down dramatically over the last few months. I don't drink it after 8 (well I've been cheating since my bug) and have herbal tea then. If I couldn't have my tea I don't know what I'd do!!!
