    Thanks Gwen

I can't, I keep picking up the phone or going to email, but I don't know what to say. Everytime I try I feel like such an idiot

Ok, you've picked up the phone, that's step one. Right, can you open your first post on your thread and read that to them? I know it's hard, but please try. Even if you say 'this is really hard for me to talk about'. They'll be patient, I promise.

You've gone. I'm hoping you've managed to call Samaritans. If not please post again somewhere on these boards, I'm sure somebody will be around for you to talk to.

I need to get some sleep to be able to work tomorrow, but talk to someone, get a good nights sleep and see what tomorrow brings. Please post tomorrow and let me know you're ok...I'll be looking out for you.

    :hello: Everyone,

Morning! Hope all is well,I am fine today.A Friend on MSE won me a Cushelle Koala this morning so very happy. My ex boyfriend rang me up and he says he wants me back but I am so strong and I said no as it wont work and I would only finish with them again and I dont want to keep crying as the cycle will just keep going and wont break.I found it hard but hopefuly now he has got the message.

I am still feeling teary now but only because we talked on the phone.I like to hear from them still.Seeing them on Wednesday on their birthday so that will be nice and I am treating us to dinner that day.

Well done Katie, on both the Koala and for saying no to the ex.
Hope everything goes well at the dentist today.

I hope everyone are well, i failed again last night, I told myself it's better that SH but I think the drink may be as destructive, if not more as it will affect the people around me, I must try and be stronger.

Well done on keeping away from the drink and the texts Shaz, I'm really pleased for you.

Idiotgirl (I don't really like calling you that) ~ I hope you managed to make that call last night, I hope you get the support you need.

Mouse, I hope you've been well, AND to everyone, have a good weekend, I'm not making any plans, I'm just going with the flow ~ Alison

Hello everyone. Just had a new washing machine delivered as the old one finally gave up the ghost the other week. Which of course means I've got piles and piles of washing to do but I don't think I'll be doing it today because I feel exhausted. I haven't felt quite right since I had that bug. I've been getting quite a bit of pain and just feel so tired. (until the evening and then I seem to come to life) !! I've hardly done any walking and keep craving sweet things so not sure if I will have lost any weight when I go to the diet clinic on Monday although a week of eating almost nothing has probably balanced it out!!
May try and have a walk round the park later not sure.
Have a good weekend everyone x

Glad you managed to avoid the drink as well as texting, Shaz. Well done!:T I didn't drink last night either. It got to about 8.30 and I was just about to pour myself one and then I thought that it would only be just over an hour or so before I went to bed and so what was the point. So I abstained. Im really pleased. I feel a bit dizzy and tired this week and don't know if its just that I have a cold because my nose is running today. Ive been eating more fruit than I usually do just lately and salad too so its typical if I have got a cold!

Sorry I wasn't here last night when you posted, idiotgirl (I don't like calling you that either!). I hope you rang the samaritans or managed to make an appointment for your doctor. Don't worry about how you are feeling. There are people who can help you.

Enjoy your new washing machine Ruby, I know I struggled when my machine died a couple of years ago, I washed everything by hand for two weeks, hard work!

Good on you for avoiding the drink Beth, I'm really really pleased for you too. I hope the dizzy spells and cold pass soon.
