hi bunnie, i suffer from dermatitis and excema, and i second what amber said, the medicated shampoos can be quite harsh, look for something that is mild and gentle

should really start with some housework, but nope, i'm gonna sit on my bum, and watch jeremy kyle at 9.25 and knit.
dark and miserable and wet out, but i've got a really bright daylight bulb in the living room, so looks nice and bright, which makes me feel better than the dark. full of cold too, another excuse to rest lol.
jennie, thanks for kind reply, and putting my mind at ease about the church based support group. one of my sons loves junk food, fish fingers etc, the other loves roast dinners, and his fav veg is sprouts
hi tiff, im in agreement bout carpy nov, but as you've said somehow we'll get thru it.
roll on summer, and brighter days
as for me and ian, think we're ok, just seems weird that he wants to spend xmas day with his family, and not me, says he has done that all his liveand its only one day a year, and is spending boxin day with us, and news years eve.
hugs sll

Definitely agree with the housework waiting, putting your feet up is much more beneficial! You have a child that loves sprouts?? Blimey that's a rarity!
I'd look at christmas and think thank god, you already have the kids to keep happy so ian being at his family's that day means it's one less mouth to feed and keep happy on the busiest holiday of the year! New years eve and boxing day are more important, they are the days to relax and veg out whilst celebrating.Hi guys
Been busy driving around southern England working out where to move to next.
Not had the best week. The drives were fine but our cat got knocked over on Thursday but thankfully only stunned and fine now. It worries us when he goes out but he climbs walls when he can't go out, like when it rains or very windy like last Saturday. Half a tree fell in our drive but it is clear now.
My OH isn't well and had to cancel an important meeting today. A business colleague of my OH is having heart surgery. Plus my emails are playing up - that was the last straw:(
This rain and all the stuff going wrong is bringing me down:(
I haven't slept too well this weekend, so understand how you feel Tiff.
Any ideas on areas you'd like to live in? Having lived in 6 different places in the south/south-east I may be able to suggest somewhere (Or warn you off!). Hope your OH feels better soon and that your cat has learnt from his experience and is much more careful in future :-)Bunnie1982 wrote: »I've got dermatitis come back on my scalp due to stress and worry, but I'm trying to use medicated shampoos which is not having any affect, so the more stressed I felt last night the more my head itched.
Though either of these ideas will be a tad messy I find that euracin (I think that's the spelling) or coconut oil massaged in to itching skin will ease and moisturise it, meaning that at least if you do keep scratching it's less easy to cut yourself doing it.The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Sam is okay but I have a sprained ankle, a bruised rib, a bruised chest and a bruised back.
Blimey, how are you feeling today? Sounds like it's time to stay in bed, watch tv and eat ice-cream - all in the name of healing of course
Oh finally big hugs to everyone who has joined the thread and to all the regulars that need them. The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. We are considering the Bath area or near to Bracknell, but not Bracknell itself. I used to live in Hampshire/Berkshire/Surrey area as a child so when we went for a drive the other day, it was really strange thinking I could live there again but it is close to London.
Bath reminds me of a cross between Oxford and Edinburgh. I haven't been for several years but drove through it last year and it was really strange feeling like I was in Edinburgh in England!
Where we are now is OK but was better years ago. It seems tattier now and the restaurants are mediocre. My old flat came up for sale and had a look at it. The decor hasn't changed in 35 years, so needs doing up but it looks very old now.
Also, the problem I have been having with my mum is still going on, 3 months on, so don't feel comfortable being so near now. Also, our son might grow up if we move away.
We have to move by June 2010, so using this time to work out where to go next.
If you have any other suggestions as to where to relocate, I would be interested in your opinion.
We like eating out, going to nice country pubs and nice walks (not serious walking). Individual shops and outlet centres are interesting too. Chain stores are so dull these days. We used to goto clubs when we were younger but they are different today plus we are pretty ancient:DAn average day in my life:hello: :mad: :coffee::coffee::coffee::T:rotfl: :rotfl:

Thanks for the well wishes guys.
I'm feeling even more exhausted than before and now I'm having neck and back problems.
Going to book a doctors appointment when my ankle is better (I can't really walk that well at the moment) to discuss my extreme fatigue and other symptoms I've been having.2019 Wins

From where you are aiming to look and your interests Bath could be an ideal choice - I quite often go on holiday there as it has a bit of everything (Including the beuatiful scenery for walks) - outside of the city centre Widcombe and Newbridge are rather nice, though Widcombe is a little pricey depending on the property. You'd been near enough to the centre of town to go shpping but not so close that you never get any peace.
There's also Bradford-upon-avon which is a very pretty smaller town but you can get to Bath city centre in about 30 minutes by train so you aren't cut off from other towns. I've been there on a few trips and it is very picturesque with good transport links. http://wikitravel.org/en/Bradford-upon-Avon There's a lovely picture on this page and for a list of shops in Bath so you know the variety you'll have there's this http://wikitravel.org/en/Bath_(England) which has a very extensive list of all the places to eat out, bars, shops etc.
Those are my two favourites in the area I have to say, and I'd love to live in either as they have everything of London but in a nicer surrounding. The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all.
