I think I missed the announcement but congrats, I'm really pleased for you. Two weddings on the DS thread, great news. It just goes to show that you never know what is going to happen.

Thank so much WVW, I really appreciate that. And no, you really don't know what's going to happen. I had honestly written myself off so far as finding happiness was concerned - it shocks me when I look back at how depressed I had become - it was a miracle I could function at all:o But slowly but surely I have begun hauling myself out of those depths - Badger has helped me enormously; I owe him so much. But I am living proof that it can get better... How are things with you, WVW? Have you got your support arrangements sorted out in a more helpful way for you? I know i feels like an endless battle at times, and I do think of you often. If it helps at all to have a rant on here, feel free:) xx

CC Star, thanks for the congrats:) - sorry that your mother still being difficult. In my opinion it is time for you to foreground your own needs. I know that is nothing that hasn't already been said to you by other folk on other threads, but I do think that is the best advice I can give. Big hugs and I hope you feel better soon. xx

Hi Amber how are you? How's lulu?:) x Lady M - I think Tulip is too busy with her comps at the mo' to post on here;)

Hope everyone's doing ok. Back to dreaded work tomorrow :-/

    Much love to all,
    Sazzy xxxxxxxxx

congratulations poppycracker, i often wandered where you had disappeared to. might see you on the ttc board, myself and my bf and trying for a little addition to the family too.

I'm having Jeremy Kyle withdrawal symptoms - see, it's not all great living here in sunny Spain if you have to live without your daily dose of chav-baiting :(

Lulu is still savaging my feet in the middle of the night and Isis is still sulking ... sometimes I feel like I'm refereeing WWIII ...
  • CC - if your mum wants to be a mug then leave her to it. I'd stick to just phone or letter contact if she's going to be physically abusive, and just letters if she gets verbal as well. Don't stress yourself over it.
