    thank you plushroom.

messedup sending you some huggggsss, not sure i got any good advice to offer you right now, just take care of yourself. plus your doc is there to support you and i doubt would think you need to be in hospital, maybe if anything they maybe able to put some extra support in place for you. when i was going through a very diff period i thought everyone would think i was mad and i would get locked away but i learnt to trust my therapist and she put into place alot of extra support for me while i was going through that crisis, including a 24 hour care team, which if anything aimed to keep people out of hosp.

sounds like you've had a nasty shock recently, so take care of urself and lean on ur family and friends.

hugggsss for anyone needing them at the mo.

I just dont know what to do to make things better.
  • xXMessedUpXx - You do what's right for you and sod what other people think. Go if you want, and ignore the people you don't want to speak to, or stay away if you need to. And you're not evil for not being 'upset enough', people don't automatically become saints just because they die. Plus there's no right or wrong way to feel or grieve.

Newlywed - it's funny, I had a belly ache yesterday too. Are you my long-lost psychic twin? :-)

Plushroom - HEB hadn´t had a relationship before either. I think it left him a bit clueless about them. I´ll admit I´ve never given up hope of being reunited, and we are now back in touch. I´m teaching him English, and he´s helping me sort out my flat. Where it´ll go, I don´t know (better not drop any more bookcases on his foot lol), but I think he´s impressed how I´ve got my life together.

Blushred - I didn´t cope well for at least 6 months after HEB left, but somehow I got through, you can find the strength to get your life back together. My cat was an enormous help in my healing, she actually looks really like the top right cat in Plush´s picture.

Yeah i've a cat too, he looks at me sometimes, almost he's listening. lol
I'm turning into a mad cat lady.

Well i'm a week on my tablets, and nothing as yet.
On Monday i was so bad in work i had to go home, Rang x and he managed to get the day off too. We pottered around, went to the cinema, and it helps being with him, but also so hard. He's moved on has
loads of friends and i miss being important in his life.

Have more counselling booked for next week, and i think thats maybe my last session, unless the counsellor thinks i need more.

Taking each day as it comes, trying to fill my evenings and not get depressed with the long term view on an empty life.

thanks to everyone who has commented. big hugs to everyone that needs one and i'll be in touch.

    Morning everyone!

Well I am feeling lots better today - I have got a job that I really wanted, so i am going to enjoy feeling happy. There is still so much to fix and be worried about, but at least this is one less thing to try and sort out.

Hope you are all well x
  • Congratulations, Louise! It's hard enough to get any job at the moment, so to get one you want is a real achievement, and shows what you're capable of.

Blush - I am already Mad Cat Woman - 40, single, childless with cat, walking cliche eh? And yes, I talk to her lol. Tablets take 2 weeks to kick in, I think, so bear with it.

    Thank you :o

Well I must be mad cat woman too then - I cant walk past a cat in the street without taking to it like its a baby and clapping it for as long as possible - I love cats. I dont care if people think I am mad- rather be an animal lover that an animal hater!

People like us who love animals are the ones in the right :D
