Plushroom - HEB hadn´t had a relationship before either. I think it left him a bit clueless about them. I´ll admit I´ve never given up hope of being reunited, and we are now back in touch. I´m teaching him English, and he´s helping me sort out my flat. Where it´ll go, I don´t know (better not drop any more bookcases on his foot lol), but I think he´s impressed how I´ve got my life together.

Thank god I'm not the only one who's been in the teaching position in a relationship! It's bloody tiring trying to teach them though isn't it? Boy, and teaching english on top of that - wow I'm impressed, I'd have gone mad :o

Yes, it will probably go better if you maim him less! :rotfl: Unless of course you're going to nurse him better, men seem to like that.

Jobless - how are you feeling today, sorry all I could really give was a website but I'd heard good things about that site in the past and didn't want to just read and run without attempting to give some help.

Louise - congrats on the new job!

Well today has actually been alright, didn't feel like staying in bed this morning, was up and cleaning, got rid of a load of old books to a charity booksale, experimented with some new recipes and had a bit of a dance around the living room. Yes, I looked a plonker, but I did feel better for it. I'm still having low thoughts but talking on here, reading books and using newlyweds links seems to be getting things under control for now. Hope to keep it that way for at least a week, because I know my birthday next week is going to be a hard day for many reasons.

If anybody ever comes to Barcelona, please please please bring me any books in English you don't want! I currently have to rely on the meagre selection in the library (I do speak Spanish, but prefer to read novels in English).

Clothed thank god! Though seeing as I still live with my family AND hate my body beyond belief the chances I will ever dance around naked are slim!
