RMS its not up to the manufacturers to put live demo handsets out, thats up to the networks themselves and how much they want to risk them being stolen or damaged etc, go to a 3 store they generally will have all of the latest handsets live and on lanyards for you to have a play. :)

Have been to all the stores bar 3 so I'll try that this weekend. It still seems daft that now we're in a time when touchscreen is the big thing that the shops have almost made it harder to check things out.

  • Any opinions on the web browser for this? How easy is to click on links etc via the touchscreen?

I find it easy enough as you can zoom in so that the link is bigger and then click on it.

yeah its very easy, 1st touch will highlight, 2nd touch will give a vibrative confirmation that you have selected that button. nice and quick most of the time to :)
  • Nice one thanks, it's the only issue I wondered about really. Some vodafone sales staff (over the phone) are giving the nokia 5800 10 month half price deal with the tocco ultra instead so I'll probably go with this.

Although, saw this on one of the reviews, what does it mean exactly? Does it refer to the web-based Microsoft Outlook exchange?
. Second, it comes with Samsung's proprietary OS so Exchange mail is a no-no so you can scratch the Samsung S8300 Tocco Ultra from replacing your business phone
