    Oh bum, it’s stopped letting me post again.
    Serena, I really like your ideas, there is a post box at the end of our close so I will try the envelope one! And investigate if there are any dogs/children near here! Maybe DH and I should get our own!
    Hope your headache gets better soon.
    Am going to get some lunch and do some washing up…oh hurray I can post after my 5th attempt!

    Sunnygirl – DD1 notices the floor cos she is closer to it!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    True Rosepink! I also think you did fantastic today. The fact that you felt bad before you even went but you still went shows that you are determind to change things for yourself. It would have been easier to not go today but you didn't let it beat you today! A big well done to you. Serena's tip sounds good. I know you sometimes feel really conspicuous (sp?) when you're just walking without a purpose other than going for a walk. DON'T let it put you off for tomorrow.

    Take it easy today Triker, you'll feel better for it tomorrow.x

    Freedom...hope your assessment goes well.

    OK, now for the flying. Someone needs to slap my legs to get me off this armchair and into a HHC before school time.
