Been to post office, and walked back the long way round nice and briskly! 3,452 steps. I'd done a couple of thousand before I went, so today's total so far is 2.35 miles. Need to start trying to make it to 10,000 steps a day, even if it means walking round and round the block in the evening until it's done!
Just need to have a quick wash & freshen up, then I'm off to my waxing appointment.
See you later!

LIL_ME I`ll be thinking of you too and yes I did mean 12:30 pm!!! Talking of shaking the trouble is I actually do and also usually need a wee too!!
It`s just I get so nervous plus we are being watched and assessed too. Can`t stand it if I fail I would have to repeat the whole year again.
Have just done a scenario with DD as she`s off school... Went ok but it was hard for both of us, she`s only 10 :A
Off to walk dog in a mo... Then more practice, hoping it makes perfect!!! Then maybe a little gardening to help me relax!:o
Sheets blowing on line. 2nd load of towels in WM Supper already made!!!The Grass may look greenerbut it`s always going to take just as much mowing
