Sorry I'm late back, OH turned up as soon as I started and put me all out of synch and I made him a cooked brekkie (least I could do) so I've just finished....k....HHC results

Made cooked brekkie, rustled up saus casserole in SC, emptied the DW, reloaded it, S&S'd the kitchen, wrote letter for council, sorted work bag.

I'm signing off till after work, now folks

    Ta-raaaa

work out what to do with LO's old cotbed (something green and os rather than taking it to the charity shop)

How about ebay if you need to make money from it, otherwise freecycle or the furniture reuse network?

That's a seriously long time... do you get any breaks? Do you get to stay on site?

Woke up just (milliseconds  ) before the alarm. Managed to get out of bed at 6.40, so better than yesterday (I have to do mobilisation exercises before I get out, but they take about 2 minutes, so aren't really an excuse!), left the house just before 7. Swam for half an hour (40 lengths - not great, but not a disaster), had a sauna, bought salad stuff. Came home, had breakfast and caught up on thread. Am now half way through my first session of physio for the day, so will finish that, then empty the DW and work out a plan for the day.

Well done SM on completing your list. Hope your mum's appointment goes well.

Triker - painless removal vibes for you & your cyst ;)

Rosepink - I have to walk to the post office today, so will join you. I'll be out from 11-12, but otherwise I can walk at the same time as you. I plan to do 4 walks a week, and am listing them in my siggy, so you can keep an eye on me!

I'll do the walk at 10.15 with you.

How on earth did you manage 10 charity bags? Is there anything left in your house?!

    Well done!
