I am a naughty girl...still no flying done yet today. Will try to get a bit done while tea is cooking for the girls but considering DD2 is on destruct mode I don't think much will get done. We've only been home 10 minutes but she's already emptied DD1's bag out and dragged the dolls bed to the bookcase, put the toy WM on it and climbed on top to reach all the things we put on the shelf out of her reach!

So time now to get up and get something done.

HHC starting as soon as this post is finished. I need to:

Get DD1's bag ready for swimming
Get DD2's PJ's, milk and nappies in changing bag
make tea (fish fingers & potato waffles under grill...nice healthy tea!!)
make a start on the bedroom and landing.

Off I go...anyone else can join in too!

Rosepink - well done on your walk today. You may think you didn't do as well as yesterday but you actually did better. You found it hard and still did it so well done!

    What she said! /\ /\ /\ /\ /\
It's not how much you do but how much you tried, and you were facing bigger obstacles today and you overcame them... Way to go Rose and as you can tell, we're all very proud of you... :T :T :T :T :T :T :T

Have just got back from a lovely lunch with MOJ2 and her lovely DD who has an appetite to beat my DS's... :rotfl: she really is beautiful and so polite... thank you for dragging me out of the house and making me sit down away from the computer for a bit... ;) :A

I have a very good reason for being AWOL :p been to church with school for not 1 but 2 Easter services :D One for W and 1 for Miss A (who had a part to read out, proud mum here:) ) Then had a coffee with Mum and Dad and now just caughtup on here!

    And rightly so - well done Miss A... :T :T :T

Hugs Triker, hope you feel like your old self again soon... :A
Hope you're feeling on top of things a bit more now Pigpen - sometimes even the stuff you usually cope with seem to be bigger than they are and it can really get you down, let alone piling all the other things you are worried about on top, including DS, GF & Jacob's situation - maybe you need a really good night out to relax a bit? Go on, you know you want to... :rotfl:

Good afternoon all, tried to post a long list earlier but computer said "NO", so I shall try again,

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Seems the site is throwing a bit of a wobbler today with everyone...

OK, flying wise, I have flitted this morning, but not done much else. I have however been working on my extras so am getting there (except when MOJ2 drags me away from work - thank you again :D ). DS is now cleaning out the terrapin tank again and we have just been and brought a new filter which drags the stuff to the bottom and also has an air pump, so we'll see how it goes...

Finished clearing the landing, all hoovered and looking spick and span :) Miss A said 'that's another dot joined up' :rotfl: hey it's working for us. W just said 'WOW' :D Also started on our bedroom, cleared inwards 2 feet from the door!

Now thinking I might have to get some larger chest of drawers for the kids clothes as I can't see me being able to get all the clothes away hence being part of my floordrobe.

Going to do a bit more and then get dinner, mmmm in fact if I chuck a lasagne together now then I can do a bit more here while it does it's thing in the oven. Got to capitalise on these clearing/cleaning frenzys :rotfl:

Started making some soup for me (carrot and butternut squash), and put some bolognese sauce on for everyone else. Took the recycling out. Cleared a hot spot.

    Thanks

    Evening all

Feeling really demoralised. Kitchen has taken just about all day, it does look good but the whole of the rest of the house needs doing. Not doing anything for a week has put it all back to square one. Tomorrow I need to go and do another stint at Nan's, I just feel I'm chasing my tail. Keep screaming at the kids in frustration. DS1 and DS2 dropped at the train station to meet OH as they are off to watch England U21 game.

Hex - hugs honey and I hope the chicken incident made you smile

LL hugs for you too lovely one

Rose well done on facing your fears.

Going to put the dinner in the AGA for me and DS3 an then see if I can get the kitchen finished in a HHC
