Hi all, well it's weigh in day again tomorrow for me, hopefully will do ok
Kids have been at home and with easter (Mmmm choccie) as well, i don't hold out much hope for a loss!
On the plus side, have managed to get out for a walk most day's, and took kids swimming, but as DS is only 2, I did'nt actually do any swimming!!!!!!!
Also, I have started an evening job this week, cleaning a local office for 2 hours a night, so havent been swimmimg with DD like i normally do. But I'm hopeing that the job helps with the calorie burning! I do a lot of walking and going up and down stairs, so can only be good!
Anyway fingers crossed 4 a loss 2moro.
Good luck to all you who have weigh in's coming up, and i'll check in 2moro with any new's.
Nite nite!! xx:money::money::money::money:

Crap with money - thanks for that, you are right, doesn't hurt to fall off every now and then. Not thinking about what I've been eating (the naughty stuff) I don't seem to have eaten so much of it, so I think it works.
Back on track from today, so I will hopefully have a weight loss next week. Didn't get weighed yesterday as I went to Norwich to see Joseph at the theatre, good but very bizzare!! Weighed myself at home and I STS, so was very happy with that, don't know how, but not questioning it!!
Lots to do today, well the girls have! Roll on back to school!
Have a good day everyone, Dragon you sound much more positive now, hope you feel as positive as you sound. x

Morning All!
Just dropping by with an update for today.
I Have managed to lose 1Lb.....don't ask me how though!!
I'm hopeing that next week should be a breeze, as it'll be back to the old routine and NO temptation's! (easter eggs/hot cross buns!)
It's TOTM for me too, and am sure that i'm retaining water, so watch this space, i'm gonna try extra hard and see what i can lose.
Won't be any swimming this week though, as i'll be working, but gonna try a saturday morning from next week as this is the only time i can fit it in.
gotta keep the DD happy too!!
Anyway ladies and gent's (if there is any!:D) i will check in again next week - hope that you all have a good one and don't be too hard on yourself's if you fall off the wagon, just get right back on!! :A:money::money::money::money:

Quick Well done to Poshstock and Taffy. And good luck to everyone else.
2 weeks til may 1st !!!
Stick of typing posts and them not posting.0 -
Afternoon all!!
Well done Poshstock and Taffy!! :T :A :j
Went to see Marley and me last night - what a fab film!! Although a bit of a tear jerker too!!And the best bit - I managed to resist the pick n mix on the way in, and even said when my friend pulled the Creme Eggs outta her bag!! :A I only had a bowl of soup for dinner as well, so hopefully managed a little bit of damage limitation foodwise!
I'm determined I'll be good over the weekend - gonna take packed lunches to save some £ too - and if I can I'm gonna go to Step on the way home from work.
I'm still weighing in at 10 stone, which means I've held onto this weeks weight loss so far! Which gives me 13 days to break the 10 stone barrier - can it be done?Hhhhmmmmm - we'll see!!

Not a problem - well only in the fact that I was drooling and the keyboard was getting soggy :rotfl:
Dietician - Doctors surgery found out there is a THREE YEAR WAITING LIST! sorry for shouting there! There is a chance that the pain clinic might be able to get me in sooner! In the meantime the nurse at the surgery is going to monitor me as often as she can.Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

3 years?!?!?! I'd be shouting too! That's absolutely horrendous! Do you have access to private health care? Might that get you seen a little quicker?

Nope to private health care - because of all my injuries AND my allergy then I think I would be allowed an in growing toe nail or something :rotfl: and the payments would be awful!
Ah well at least I am now on the list AND it may go through faster as I am currently under another clinic at the hospitalDo not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup

CWM.com - I'm sure you can crack the 10 stone barrier, good luck!
Dragon - 3 years is disgusting. At our doctors when we are referred to the hospital we get a choice of about 5 hospitals, I always pick the local because, it is local! Do they give you this choice at yours? If so, you may have to travel a bit, but you might get seen much sooner! Just a thought. If not, try asking if you can be referred somewhere else with a shorter waiting list.
Back to the homework!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Need to sort my life out! :T0 -

Hi Taffy - yes they do what you suggest but the only hospital I can get to (without Dr Dragon having to take a day off every month!) is the one with the 3 year list BUT that is also where I see the pain specialist hence being able to bump up the queue hopefully!Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup
