Lovely to see everyone doing well.
Half term has played havoc with my routine!!
Been thinking more bout treadmill and I'm still unsure. Wii fit or my own scales I'm still a human yo-yo. Did a great yoga workout yest, practically fell asleep at the end though think I was relaxing too much.
2mile walk this morn pushing dd2 in buggy while dd1 biked, took about 27minutes but hey-ho we were all out together so thats ok.
Food.....hmmm....food. Not so great at the moment, was ok with easter eggs as my girls only got 1 each, which is amazing as its the first time my family have listened to me! Got to remember not to confuse hunger with thirst though.

Hi all.
Everyone seems to be doing really well. I'm having a really carp time at the minute. I just can't stop eating! I'm really good all day then at night it's just one thing after another. I've just finished a bag of doritos! Mind you, they are only 2.5points per bag (multipack bag) it's the half pack of biscuits I had before!!!
I don't know why. I've lost a stone and my clothes are starting to feel soo much looser that I'm going to !!!!!! it all up if I'm not careful. It doesn't help the kids being off school. My auntie has a cafe on the seafront and as the weather has been ok we've been down there every day. Costs lots of money and the girls have bacon rolls and don't finish them - I was brought up not to leave food, so technically it's my mum's fault!!!!lol
Going to Norwich tomorrow to the museum and the girls want to go to pizza hut!!! I really do try to be good, but when I'm paying all that money I really can't be having a salad!!!!!!
Anyway, going to try really hard from tomorrow, I know I can do it, just have to kick myself up the butt!

My weigh day is tomorrow and I' scared. I've been good all week and have done loads of exercise............. however tonight I only went for an indian!!!! Flippin heck - could I not have waited until after the weigh in? I didn;t have anything creamy so I'm still hopeful for a loss.0 -
Weighed in this morning. Pleased to report 2 3/4 lbs off. After my 1lb gain last week I am over the moon with this. Hope you all have a good day.0

Taffy - why don't you just take the week off while the kids are off school - then get back on track as soon as they're back? We all need a wee guilt free trip sometimes - if you know you're likely to fall off the wagon, it's best to just get off it willingly, then back on when you're in a position to stick to it properly - no point beating yourself up over it! It is only 2 weeks of the year after all!!
GC81 - let us know how you get on with the treadmill - I'm in 2 minds whether to go to the gym tonight, or whether I should drag out the plethora of gym equipment I have at home and have a go on that! Hhhhhmmmmmm....
Managed a swim yesterday - but since I was very pushed for time, I only did 14 lengths!:rolleyes: Hardly worth the bother going - but I suppose it was better than nothing!!
Still weighing at 10 stone this morning - fingers crossed it'll go down again before next week rather than up!

depends, if im cycling a long distance,( say a couple hours going fast) then i will have up to 1750 depending on how hungry i am. if i dont exercise i will have between 1400 and 1550. again depending how hungry i am. but i am eating a lot of veg too:rotfl:"that grady! won't sit next to a black child in church! but eats eggs, shoot right out a chickens !!!!!!" from fried green tomatoes:rotfl::smileyheaMSE is where my friends live :smileyhea0

Well - would someone please give me a massive boot up the proverbial?! Did quite well all day:
Brekkie: Muller light Youghurt
Lunch: H/made soup with 2 slices w/meal bread
Dinner: Thai Green Curry (Made by my lovely boyfriend)
Then I caved and had a Creme Egg and 1/2 of an Easter Egg, with 1/2 pint of Milk! :mad:
I've given my other egg to my boyfriend to take home with him, which should save me eating it! But now I'm a bit mad at myself! It's no wonder I find it so hard to shift even 1 lb when i keep sabotaging myself!
On a plus point, my meeting was cancelled this afternoon, so I went to Body Combat in my lunch break!! :T I found it really hard today, but I guess that's probably because at that point I'd only had a yoghurt - and even that was about 4 hours before - the start was ok, but I just felt a bit weak towards the end! Got a date through for starting "fat busting, boot camp" too - not 'til the 27th of April, but suppose it gives me a couple of weeks to work a bit more on my general fitness in preparation!!
Phew - what a ramble!! How have you all been today? The thread seems very quiet!! - it's just fallen apart without our lovely Tara holding it all together!!:D
