Dragon - Have a good weekend and worry about your weight when you get home. You will get there, not wanting to eat must be very frustrating!
Lilysue - Can't think what made me think you come from Norwich, I live in Great Yarmouth!!!
I've had 3 very bad days, not going to get weighed tonight as I've weighed myself this morning and I've put on 2lbs and can't face the 'Do you know why you put on this week?' Yes I do, I've been a bloody pig!!!!!
Anyway, today is a new day. So far had 11 of my 22 points and I've just popped to MrT and got 2 WW pizza's for £2, so 1 of those and salad for tea. Going to meal plan for this next week, hoping that will help me.
Have a great easter everyone, and try to avoid the chocolate!!!!Need to sort my life out! :T0 -
I didn't realise there was a new thread for April
Well i have eaten loads and loads of sweets and chocolate in the past fews weeks and hardly done any exercise at all.............. but i'm lighter than ever
I've gone off chocolate completely though and would much rather eat an apple now. Hope everyone else is doing well, I haven't been on here for a while x

Good afternoon all-
I was two pounds less this morning! So I'm very pleased about that. Ate quite a bit over the weekend, but have been very good about exercising. I'm really enjoying My Fitness Coach on the Wii. I have told my girls that Mummy needs some peace for an hour in the morning so I can work out, then they join me at night for 30 minutes. They are so funny-they run upstairs and put their leotards on. Pity our living room is so small that we are always bumping into each other!
Until today the weather has been lovely so plenty of walks and jumping on the trampoline.
I've been good with the chocolate...just because we don't have any in the house. I try not to go overboard during the holidays as one of my children has some food issues. We will have a nice meal on Sunday and hopefully a walk afterwards.
With DH now home it has been stressful....but I'm trying to have either a cup of tea (decaf later in the day) or come on here to help my willpower. After screaming in front of the girls yesterday (which I am ashamed about) we are keeping our distance.
Happy Easter and Happy Passover.0 -
Sorry to hear about your DH problems.
Funny you said about your girls, I did wii fit free steps and my dd2 (2.5years) got out her colouring book laid it on the floor and did the steps next to me, it was really cute! Bless her, its lovely how kids can cheer us up without even knowing they do it.
Just had my mum and dad and my nan and grandad here so it was cuppa's all round and I had 3 biscuits. So I managed 9days without chocolate. Not disappointed, think thats rather blooming brilliant for me
Enjoy you afternoon/evening everyone.0 -
Did a body test of wii fit this morning and was pleased to see I've lost a lb and my BMI has gone into Ideal!! Hurrah!
Whoo hoo - well done!!! :T :A :T That's great news!
Hugs to all those who need them!! ((((HUGS)))))
Yesterday was going so well - but Aunt Flo popped in for a visit - so I spent most of the afternoon and all evening curled up in bed hugging a hot bottle - Then I cracked open my easter egg and scoffed half of it!
Today's been okay - had fruit for brekkie, but then we've been stuck in a sales meeting for most of the day, and we were munching on the free sandwiches and worked through - can't say they were exactly the healthiest - but don't suppose they'll kill me!!
Hope you all have a good easter - I'm off work tomorrow, so prob won't be around 'til Monday!!

I haven't even got time to type it all out again, just wanted to give you all a big round of applause for your struggles with cravings (and not giving in, smallpackages, well done!), Easter plans (Dragon, get plenty of calories into you or there will trouble!
), Wii Fit action, falling off the wagon and climbing right back on again, Aunt Flo, oh and Charlie, you made me :rotfl: when you said that you didn't know about the new thread!
I'm also here to say that my friends are taking my scales away as they are fed up of the daily weight updates. I agreed (reluctantly!) as I am back up to 60.3kg today (!!) and getting despondent about the yoyoing. I'm going away for Easter so hopefully there will be good news on the weight front next week.Get to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs
