Good morning, good morning!!
How are ye all today? I'm sore all over - but in a very good way!
I did a 15 mins abs class yesterday (well, I say class, there was only me showed up - so it was a 1-2-1 with the instructor - who proceeded to give me minute detail on an operation she was getting to stretch her Urethra?!
 ), then did a 45 min Body Combat class - which was much harder than the last time I tried it! Foodwise, I did well - probably didn't actually eat quite enough, but there was no junk in there - and it's hard to squeeze everything in when you're working 13 hours (excuses, excuses I know!
) - One of the girls in work was 18 yesterday - and I even resisted the Chocolate cake that was doing the rounds for her! :A
I've signed up for "fat busting, boot camp" at my gym too, 2 hour long exercises classes a week, run by an ex-military guy who is now a personal trainer - I'm sure it's just another exercise class, but it's worth a shot!
Plus makes me feel a bit "Desparate Housewives"
Anyways - enough about me for one day ****** Runs off to catch up on the thread ******

Wow Tara that is amazing, I think the last time I weighed 9 stone 4lbs was pre-adolescence! I think all your hard work must have paid off :j
Yesterday did not go so well. Can officially say that for me emotions and food just go hand in hand....had a bad day with my fifteen year old and yes my food intake goes all haywire:
Breakfast : muesli, banana
Lunch : fishfinger sandwiches, pear
Yes it was all going so well....then:
Dinner: lamb casserole and steamed veg.....pushed this away and replaced it with a large bowl of soya ice cream and freshly baked hot cake
Thank goodness that today is another day!0 -
crapwithmoney, well done you!!! You are doing great! Let us know how the boot camp goes, sounds good!

LilySue, I've only lost 5lbs since 1 Feb, not that much but I am pleased! Be kind to yourself, everyone has a slip up now and again xoxoxoxoxoGet to 119lbs! 1/2/09: 135.6lbs 1/5/11: 145.8lbs 30/3/13 150lbs 22/2/14 137lbs 2/6/14 128lbs 29/8/14 124lbs 2/6/17 126lbs

Loving the sound of the boot camp!! I've done some Billy Blanks TaeBo dvds and they nearly finshed me off, but you feel blooming great after!
LilySue - I'm an emotional eater too, I hope you have a better day today

I am definitely an emotional eater and the only way to combat it is not to have any of the crap in the house at all!
I am not at all pleased report a 1lb gain this week.
I am quite annoyed at myself but not overly so. I have done so little exercise and eaten so badly that I'm actually quite surprised that it is so little. I just hope that an extra gain does not sneak in next week.
This week I shall be exercising loads and not eating junk!

Hi all.
Having a better day today, foodwise. As the kids are off school I'm only working 2 days this week and next week - yay! So we have been out and about and I'm making them walk everywhere - much to their disgust!!! I have done loads of walking since Saturday and am very pleased with myself. We will see what happens when I get weighed tomorrow.
Tara - well done on the weight loss, sticking to all that exercise is obviously starting to pay off.
Lilysue - Me too with the emotional eating, it really gets you down! Are you from Norwich at all (avatar).
Have a good rest of the day, let you know tomorrow if I'm happy or sad (weigh in)
Taffy xNeed to sort my life out! :T0 -

Sorry wasnt about last night smallpackages to distract you online. I had the similar problem. Knowing there was two easter eggs and a bar of galaxy in the cupboard was torture, but I stayed strong-ish and had a cup pf tea with a tsp sugar!! Probably not best idea but better than polishing off all that choc! Hope your day today is better.
Did a body test of wii fit this morning and was pleased to see I've lost a lb and my BMI has gone into Ideal!! Hurrah!
But then the disc stopped, it has a scratch on it!!
AArrrrgggghhhh!!
So going to see if Game will try and clean it for me, it has to work!! I saved so hard for my wii fit!
Hope everyone has a good day today

Middle of the road day for me yesterday...did read your post small packages, but was too tired to do a coherent reply, but sent hang in there vibes your way.
Sooo yesterday: Breakfast muesli/soya milk. Lunch peanut butter sandwich. Dinner jacket potato and vegetable curry. Snack, coconut and almond muffin ( , I made some and could not resist trying them, so went for the limiting myself to one option )
One of the things I have to work with is that I do a lot of cooking, and often make yummy stuff for the boys...resisting the urge to sample is hard!
GC81 ~ enjoy your ideal BMI :T
Taffy ~ Yes I live in Norwich, wonder how you guessed ?
