    Hi all,
Why is it when you think its started to go to plan something happens and it just goes all wrong?
So once again, today is a new day.

My girls are at their dads today and over night so I am doing to wonderful shopping trips, yuck, really cant be doing with that today but needs must I suppose. Going to call my nan and see if she needs anything (my grandad has just had heart surgery so cant drive or get out much) be a bit of company if she comes.

Hope weather brightens up as I want to get some decent walk/jog training in over weekend. always nicer to be out in a little sunshine.

Going to the cinema tonight to see Knowing, hope I can resist the urges to sit eating family sized minstrals.

Have a lovely positive day everyone.

Just back from hols and started at the gym yesterday (which saved me buying some scales). The big surprise was that since the last time I was weighed 5 weeks ago, I've lost 5kg (11lb) so from this please could you could put me down for 2.2lb for the first week in April. The grand plan is to lose as much as possible before the next trip at the end of August. Remind me about this if you notice me falling off the wagon.

You all seem to be doing great. Will catch up with you again in a few days, if the gym hasn't finished me off:))

poshstock, how did today's weigh in go? I had my last weigh in this morning... back down to 59.6kg, woohoo! :) My friend's coming round for the scales later so no more daily weigh ins for a while! I am also determined to be good this weekend, despite all the Easter goodies! I know OH has got me an Easter egg so will try not eat too much of it and will also do LOTS of walking. :D

Have a good Easter everyone, hope you're all doing something fun xoxoxoxoxoxo

Well done Tara!! :T :A Good news it's going back down again!!

    xx
  • OOOOhhhhhh - there's loads of losers over the last few days!! Well done everyone!! Especially you poshstock!! You're a weight loss machine!! :A :T :j

I didn't weigh in this morning - cause I over slept a wee bit and hadn't time! I was weighing 1lb lighter on Friday - but with all the eating/drinking I did over the weekend - there's no way I've maintained that!

I'm technically in work today - but since it's the bank holiday there's absolutely nowt doing, so I'm very tempted to head over to Millport and go for a wee cycle - actually scrap that - my boyfriend just woke up and said he's up for it - so I am going cycling! SHould e at least 11 miles - or 22 if we get enough time to do it twice! :D

    Hi everyone.
Hope you all had a great weekend.

    How was your cycle CWM.com?

I'm feeling spurred on at the moment but more in the fitness side than the losses right now, I'm focusing so much on the blooming BMI/lb number is driving me nutty. So I'm doing my best to think of goals in other areas.
Did Body Test on wii fit today and I've gained and gone back into overweight catagory so that sucks, but I did 20mins free step and 20mins free jogging. So feel good about racking up those. Also my phone has a pedometer and fitness application on it and was happy to see I'm getting a good amount of steps in daily aswel.

Very tempted at the moment to hire a treadmill for 5 weeks (a company from ebay do it and they are located nearby) to get some training in as I just havent got the time without the girls to be out running. Not very MS but something I am thinking off. I've got the room for something temporary at the moment but neither the fund or space for permenant.

    Anyone been on Map-My-Run?

Well I'm back and I have dropped some of some of the 20 pounds gain :j (okay only 2.5 pounds but hey I'm not complaining!) so I am starting again today with a weight of *whispers* 21 stone and 12 pounds *sigh*, but I am raring to go even if I am at the pub for lunch! (very little food in the house until Dr Dragon can get to the shops)
Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup :D

  • well hello, hello lovely fellow slimmers!! How are ye all today? And what happened to the sun?

Weighed in this morning (a day late!) and I've lost 1lb - so now teetering on the 10 stone mark - I doubt I'll lose another 6lbs before the end of the month to get the half stone, but if I can break the 10 stone barrier I'll be a happy little bunny! :D

The cycle was good, thanks GC81, Hiring a treadmill sounds like a good idea! You're doing well with all that Wii-ing as well!! I wouldn't be too stressed about the Wii saying you're back up again - from what I've heard it's really good at giving you a rough idea of where you are, but maybe not exactly accurate? Could be wrong though!

Foodwise I was terrible yesterday - hopefully the cycling will have balanced some of that out though! I've done 15 mins worth of abs today - which I'm gonna try do every day from now on - and I'm hoping to squeeze in a swim this afternoon!

    xx
  • PS - Well done Dragon - 2.5lbs is not to be sneezed at!! A loss is a loss after all!!
