  • depends, if im cycling a long distance,( say a couple hours going fast) then i will have up to 1750 depending on how hungry i am. if i dont exercise i will have between 1400 and 1550. again depending how hungry i am. but i am eating a lot of veg too

That's not too bad then - I was worried you were maybe eating a ridiculously low amount to try shift the lbs - but sounds as though you're being sensible!!

I know I've said it before but I'm so jealous of the cycling you do! I went to Millport on Monday and clocked up 11 miles (not exactly loads I know, but we were pushed for time) - it's defo on my to do list to get a bike before the year's out! I won't have a car any more come the end of June as well, so it'll give me more incentive to either get out on the pins or buy a bike!! :D I will have the body of an adonis by the time Chrimbo rolls round if it kills me!! ;)

lol i just gave in to the creme egg too. it was looking at me and making me feel edgy. they're only 175 so it's not too bad.
crapwithmoney -- i do like the bike and because of roadworks its easier and quicker to get around town where i live. we used to go to millport every year when i was wee it's great. we cycled round the island most days and stopped at a tea shop half way round for ice cream floats. dont know if it's still there though

    lol at the snot.

Hope this is the beginning for you Dragon. Its a tough struggle.

My dad just left mum at my house (!!! luckily without any luggage lol) so my dd1 went back in the car with dad and myself, mum and dd2(in buggy) walked back to theirs, so thats 2miles for me today which I didnt expect to do.
Did wii fit jogging, short lap, long lap, island lap all in sequence this morning, took 18mins and was 1.5 miles according to my phone/pedometer, not sure how accurate that is though, but anything better than nothing.

Food today....been good (yes, I realise its only just ticked over 12noon) will be scrambled egg for dinner tonight as I have too many eggs!

  • GC it keeps timing out on me too - not sure if MSE is trying to tell me I slabber on too much! :rotfl: I've just started "copying" the text before I post in case it disappears on me! They can't stop my random ramblings - mwah ha ha!!! ;):D Well done to all the extra exercise!!

Sorry Dragon - to be fair though, I do feel very sick every time I have a Creme Egg - so I don't know why I still feel the need to shove them in my gob!! Good news that your weight's settling down! Do you have a date through yet for for going to see the dietician?

Yeah smallpackages - the wee cafe is still there! LOL! it's my main focus on the way round, since it means we're almost done!! ;)

I've been terrible foodwise today! :o Had no brekkie, then ended up going out for lunch to Frankie and Benny's, since one of the girls in work is leaving, so I paid as well - which hasn't done much for my planned NSD! :o I suppose I could've had a salad - but I had a BLT with chips and Coleslaw instead! But mmmmmm - it was damn good!! ;) No gym tonight either, since I'm off to the cinema with one of the girls!! I will be good and resist the sweets though!!
