no not getting at you it's just that lots of us intend to make sure that the T mobile view that "we can call anything we choose to be an additional servicer and therefore we can do what we want" is challenged as often as possible.
I think that T mobiles attitude is disgraceful - at best they have lost me a s customer
Now the £1000 a year that my family's contracts represents will unfortunately not bankrupt them but at least I've done my bit ! .TANSTAAFL !0 -
i'm with you jim they have lost me and thats about £600 a year. i've had loads of trouble with them since christmas when i lost my hand set and found out what fonesafe insurance are like.

Well they have lost another £800 per year here as well, I have issued small claims court proceedings against them as mentioned earlier in this thread. Will let you all know what happens and if I win or loose.0

This matter looks to me very similar to the unfair 08 pricing stunt T-mobile pulled in June last year. Complaints then were similarly met with a brick wall. However, according to the end of this thread over on HUKD at least one person did persist, took it to CISAS, and T-mobile gave in and compensated them:Dear Sir
I refer to the above and to your recent CISAS application received by T-Mobile.
T-Mobile deny liability to you and confirm that their position remains as previously advised, however in an attempt to resolve this matter amicably and swiftly T-Mobile has arranged for your application to be met in full and final settlement of all matters arising out of this matter.
I have arranged for your account to be cancelled with immediate effect and for the early termination charge of £84.17 to be waived and for a cheque in the sum of £100.00 to be sent to you within the next 14 days.
I confirm that I will inform CISAS that your application form has been met in full.
T-Mobile apologises for any inconvineance this matter has caused you.
Kind regards
It sounds to me that T-mobile knew they didn't have a leg to stand on when their bluff was called. If it's the same this time, maybe someone can get a standard complaint letter together, and everyone should complain to stop these ripoff mobile companies getting away with it?0 -
A quick update, T-Mobile have failed to defend or acknowledge my claim, So I have asked for judgement. Lets see if I can actually get any money out of them.0

that is excellent news. surely it should go your way now0
-
Hmm or T-mobiles legal eagles will make it go the other way0
