Did the earth hour....except for the tv, Ireland were playing Bulgaria in soccer, so it would have been senseless to appeal to OH's better nature, he doesn't have one if sport is involved! Bit miffed, really as I knitted all through by the light of the tv and then discovered that I left out 4 rows of a pattern so have to go back to-morrow and undo about an hour's knitting....stupid woman, should have stopped knitting!

Sybil, may I display my ignorance and ask what a Salamagundi is??

Morwenna, hugs....although I did smile at the mouse story, then I felt all sad because we no longer have any pets...I AM feeling sorry for myself to-night.
