Well DW has finished and I have empty (well almost-not a full load yet) laundry baskets x 3 and no ironing left to do!!! It took me all morning indispersed with cuddles with munch but its all done now.
I'm sat catching up while munch is watching peppa pig, she is really emotional this morning so I was hoping she'd watch this and fall asleep but no luck so far so I might have to go out do my job for the day and then take her to the park and hope that makes her tired enough to have a nap when we get home....fingers crossed.
Gettingitsorted - Good luck and well done for DD getting a high score which means you can reapply.
KC - I hope its going well.
Freyaluck - Hugs...sounds like a tricky situation, I hope you manage to sort it out. My DH had a friendship with a woman years ago which was platonic (sp?) but he did keep it quite secret and I didn't appreciate it, although at the time I was leaning on a friendship with a chap which I also shouldn't have been...doh!! still we ended up talking to the right people in the end...each other. That was in our first year of marriage which was rocky to say the least...still alls well that ends well, I hope you manage to sort it out.
TM - Umm hairdrying your wm, can you imagine what your neighbours would have thought if they'd caught a glimpse of that this morning lol. I hope its fully functioning again.
There was a few more people I was going to say something to but in true mossy fashion I've forgotten so hugs to everyone instead.
Right I best get off, still got to keep sorting clutter in DR and get stuff ready to list on ebay.

Feeling really virtuous this morning as I have spent most of it baking.
Approx 20 cinnamon buns
Approx 20 mini homity pies
1 cheese and potato pie
1 Large quiche with bacon and cheese.
As I plan to abandon my poor family for nearly a day tomorrow to visit my daughter in Newcastle I must make sure they do not starve (lol!);)
Taking my youngest with me as she is pining for her big sister!

Hi all! :hello:
I'm still in shock. I got into school this morning to find out that Ofsted are coming next Tuesday and Wednesday    Ok, so I'm a little calmer now but it turns out that the head tried to call me yesterday on my mobile (but I was at the docs). I didn't recognise the number, so thought "if it's important then they would have left a message". It was important, but the head said that he doesn't normally leave messages.   The staff don't have a good word to say about him at the moment, whereas I'm just trying to keep my head down!
I also managed to forget my lunch, which means that I had to nip into Asda just before arriving at school to get a sandwich. I've been in a rush ever since.
I've got so much to be doing, that I'll have to go. Suffice to say that this evening will be spent planning and panicking, coupled with ironing and making the supper! It'll be an easy supper tonight of fish cakes, new potatoes and probably peas.

Hi everyone!!
Somewhat less hectic day today. Have stripped all the beds and done a dark wash. Am off to a meeting at the school shortly and then back home for a few mins rest. No cooking tonight as the small person and I have a Bingo night with sausage and chips....yipee! OH is away at the NEC all weekend so small person and I will be chilling out. Actually I think he has plans to spend his haul from Mary the Fairy at the charity shops tomorrow!!! Shall probably make some flapjacks and a banana nut loaf at some point and catch up on the ironing and then treat myself to a DVD and a small sweet sherry !!!!!!} on Sat eve whilst I'm holding the fort.
Have a good weekend

Afternoon
Heavy snow here ATM:eek:
We have a helicoptor circling as apparently the 50million quid that was stolen 2 weeks ago at Tunbridge has been tracked to where we live.....LOL....NO it wasnt me!!
Cleaner has been and has done a grand job. Another washload put on too. OH has painted the skirting and looks lovely:D He has straightned up the back garden...dont think we're be going out there later with the weather, so dont know why he's tidied up out therebut never mind. Still a few more jobs to do, but nearly there.
Friends coming around 7'ish roughly and am looking forward to it. Be nice to catch up with them and hear all the gossip of our other mates. Have quite a few bottles of wine and and a few bottles of beer, so all sorted.
Have asked for an extension on my first assignment as I can do better and have been given another week, so am pleased that theres no rushing now. Basically its done but want it perfected as I want that perfect score:rolleyes:
DD swimming at school today, so she will be in abit later than usual. Her skin is playing up ATM and she will be having an oily bath when she gets in and smoothered in creams to give her a boost over the weekend before shes back to school.
Anyways, best go.
See Ya, hugs to all.

Not read the thread through properly yet as I'm having a major ebay day  I've just told OH that things either get listed TONIGHT, binned or put in the charity bag (which will be leaving this house next week
) as we really need to get rid of our unwanted clutter to fund some purchases (like a bigger bookcase
). I'm hoping that this clear out will bring in some much needed funds ... already items I have listed (last week) are selling so I'm hoping to be able to get rid over everything that we don't want by the end of the month. Talk about Spring cleaning

Way haaaaay - we have proper snow
Have collected lots of boys from lots of places and dropped them off around the place. Mine are now playing out cos the snow's back with a vengeance :j :j Wonder if it will still be here tomorrow tho?
So, my 'me' afternoon was cut short thanks to the weather. At least tea is ready - fish pie. Will stick it in the oven for a warm throgh in a bit and may do fruit cobbler or some cakes. I made jelly and fruit with DS2 this morning so most will want that (with ice cream, I'm sure)
Ah well, 1 more child to collect. I may walk up so the others can play en route - in which case, I'd better be going

  Oh, Bargain Rzl, you're a tonic!
Okay, whichever one of you has stashed the cash - own up and let us all take a share!! We can have a marvellous discussion over what to do with it all .... whilst on the plane to somewhere warm and sunny!
Wow, I've just looked out the window and its snowing here, too!! That'll make DS happy on his way back from school. DH might not be too happy with it, though, as he's gone to meet him. :rotfl:
Well, not a stroke of cleaning has been done today ... unless you count washing up. However, I've had a baking day too. I've made :
- a sausage and bacon quiche for the parental lunch on Sunday;
- a banana, prune and bran flake cake as part of my process of using stuff up;
- a loaf of Mummy bread, which is in the BM as we speak, and
- a loaf of oaty herby bread, which is also in the BM as we speak.
I'm just putting my feet up for a minute, prior to getting the WM on, then tackling the veggies to go with tonight's dinner of fried liver and onions with rosemary. Its DS's first go at liver and we've told him its "beef, done a different way to normal". We'll see! I've got some soup as an emergency measure for him, just in case.:hello: I'm very well, considering the state I'm in. :hello:Weight loss since 2 March 10 : 13lbs0
