Hi,

I have received my first issue of Elle after paying £1 for three months subscription but i haven't receieved the Pixie lipcare set.

Does anyone know if this arrives at a later date? Or does anyone have contact details to ask the offer company for it?

Well I subscribed to their EVE magazine but was told the free gift of Declor stuff had run out. I asked whether they could send me molton Brown on the next offer and they said they couldn't either so I am cancelling.
Could be a promotion scam.....(Same company)
How many free gifts do they have for each new sub...could be only ten.

Although I cancelled the Red promotion due to them running out of the promotional Decleor sets, I still received a mag this week, and on checking my account, I havent been charged, as I cancelled the DD, so not bad receiving the mag as a freebie. Think this offer was to run for 6 months, doubt if I will get any more mags for nothing though

I received this email on 21st March - 'Unfortunately, due to huge unexpected demand for this offer, we have totally exhausted supplies of the Pixi make-up gift and regret there is no alternative available.'
They do give you the option to cancel though.
It seems to me that these magazines offer great free gifts, but only have very limited supplies of them, so you've got to be very lucky to get one.

I received my first copy of the mag about 6 weeks after applying, but didn't receive the gift. I'm glad I only had to pay £1 as I'm not impressed with the quality of this magazine (too many adverts). I have now cancelled.

Just checked my online bank statement and 'hachete filipachi' has appeared and taken £1 from me even though I chose to cancel when they sent me the email! Grrrr.... Has this happened to anyone else?

I'm the opposite, they couldn't take my dd has a previous one for Hachete had been cancelled and they set it up against the same number, so looks like I'll be getting nothing!!, they did this too for the scrapbooking magazine, so I'm going to order that in my maiden name and hopefully it will go through this time.
