It depends when you suvscribed, but I think you should have had an email.
This happened to me once. I had got to the page where you print out your details and at this stage it does look like you have completed the subscription, but you have to then click through and confirm your details after this stage. I went back and subscribed again and this time I got an email.
If I were you, I would try again with the Elle offer, that way if you have subscribed already, you will only be loosing £1 or you can always email them and cancel.

The subscription page comes up, but no mention of the freebie? Is this right? Wife's birthday approacheth......:D0

Be careful with this one...the offer states that you get a quarterly subscription + free lip pack for £7.20 plus 1 quarterly subscription for £1.
My guess is that you don't get the free lippy until you run into your first full £7.20 direct debit.
