Did anyone actually receive their Pixi stuff? I've been chasing it for weeks, they kept saying that it was enroute, but today they have told me there was no more stock left and I wouldn't be getting anything. :mad: Is signed up on 26th Feb, so pretty early on.

I cant even remember which account I set the DD up with (so stupid) and now I cant cancel because it hasn't appeared on any statement. can I ask how people have been contacting elle subscriptions?

I received a Benefit lip palette of 3 colours and a lipliner, no idea who this came from, could it have been a replacement for the Pixi set ?

I don't think it would be, according to some of the other emails that people have received, they said there would be no alternative gift.

I too have noticed on my latest bank statement ,a £1 d/d has come out despite a confirmation e mail from them that I had cancelled it many weeks ago now.Just sent an e mail asking them to refund it , hope no more come out next month.

I have just seen £14.50 taken from my account.They never took the £1 orginally and I Never received any magazine. ever!! what do I do???
