Jogging was a relative success - in that I didn't die.
Spending for yesterday
£5.94 - which consisted of:
*A banana
*Salad
*Horlicks sachet
*Chocolate bar (not for me!)
*Raspberries
*Low fat custard pots
*Eggs
I probably could have cut out the horlicks and custard pots, but ah well, they only came to £1.20 so it's not a massive spend!
I am, however, going to the farmer's market tomorrow so I will either spend loads, or hardly anything. We shall see. :rolleyes:Total Debt (Dec 2015) £11,500 : Currently £7,675Lose 21lb : 0/21

Definitely make it up to £30 if that would clear it. Is that £30 a week or month though?Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

That's £30 a month.
Well the offer is on for 6 months, and £570 divided by 6 = £95. It would be £30 a month, so obviously looking at that sum my Mum/me needs to increase the monthly payment.
Need to figure out what to do tho, cuz my Mum is still obviously paying a monthly payment to the horrible interest card, where the balance is approx £1100. So she can't chuck all her money at my CC.Total Debt (Dec 2015) £11,500 : Currently £7,675Lose 21lb : 0/21

No but yours will likely go to a horrible figure at the end of the 0% period won't it?Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Probably...
I think for the minute I'm gonna do the 'cross that bridge when it comes to it'. Cuz tbh I don't know what else I can do!Total Debt (Dec 2015) £11,500 : Currently £7,675Lose 21lb : 0/21

Wednesday - Spending
Ikea - £6.24
Waitrose - £13.43
Sainsburys - £2.86
Total - £22.53
I bought an ironing board in Ikea which I needed, and in Waitrose I got some reduced lamb meatballs and risotto so I've put them in the freezer so that's a couple of meals sorted. I didn't spend anything at the farmer's market which is good, although the fish stall looked amazing so I'll probably get some another week. I'm quite pleased with how much I spent considering where I went! Usually, farmer's markets, ikea and waitrose are my weaknesses where I spend loads.
In my purse I have £23.50 and this needs to last me as long as possible. Ideally, until the end of next week but it probably won't. We are going to the cinema tonight so that's about £5. I will not be buying minstrels though, cuz I eat the whole lot before the film has even started. And they're expensive.Total Debt (Dec 2015) £11,500 : Currently £7,675Lose 21lb : 0/21

Have fun at the cinema tonight, what are you going to see? I'd sneak something from home into the film if I were you, although it isn't a matter of sneaking anymore. I think you could take a KFC family bucket in and no one would bat an eyelid!
You did well in ikea, once I went for some pillowcases and came back with a new desk and a mircowave lid!
Hope the £23.50 lasts you, but with petrol and everything it goes so quickly! Good luck with trying to make it last though.0 -
We're off to see Transformers  cuz I liked the first one so I'm hoping this one is as good. I also wanna see Year One though, and Public Enemies, and the Hangover. But we'll probably watch the Hangover when it comes out on dvd.
I take a big handbag and they never check it! Sod's Law tho that'll I'll take enough to feed the 5000 and they check my bag  I'm meant to be on a diet but it's so easy to eat tons when you're watching a film. Dried fruit doesn't quite hit the spot...:p
I'm quite impressed with myself to be honest! I usually buy tons of stuff I don't really need in Ikea. What is a microwave lid though?! I once bought a load of different size cushions 'cuz they were cheap', they end up on the floor every night!. Very annoying.
ThanksI hope the money lasts too, but petrol does drain your funds.
How did you manage to persuade your OH to go to a theme park? I'm currently trying to get mine to stop being scared of horses and go horse-riding but it's not happening. :rolleyes:Total Debt (Dec 2015) £11,500 : Currently £7,675Lose 21lb : 0/21

I'm lucky, NIM is a big, big rider, much better than me, I'm scared to go riding with him though as he goes off jumping things gracefully at a million miles an hour and I'm trying to stop my horse eating another horse while in a sideways trot!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I'm so jealous! It's one of those things where if I had the choice to change one thing about my OH, it would be that. Ah well! It's not quite the same going on your own though! At least I'm saving money... I guess.Total Debt (Dec 2015) £11,500 : Currently £7,675Lose 21lb : 0/21
