Was going to suggest this too, it will also make them stretch a lot further.Living cheap in central London :rotfl:0 -
Are they premium quality burgers (i.e. 100% beef or near enough but with quality extras like onions, spices etc) or are they of the usual variety with rusk etc - what you can do with them sort of depends on what they're made with
They're pretty high quality ones, yeah.
Was thinking of doing some kind of kebab type thing maybe?0 -
i like to defrost them then if they are good quality - mush them up with some other spices and crushed garlic and then make them into kofte kebabs (long ones on a wodden skewer lol) - nice pitta bread bit of salad n onions and a homemade mint and garlic sauce - mmmmmmmmm very nice - i do mine with some homemade wedges too - much cheaper treat than the kebab house!0

you can defrost them and (I was going to suggest kebabs as well but got beaten to it!) turn them into meatballs. add some garlic powder and onion powder if you have some, some nice spices such as paprika, and fry in a little hot oil until browned. then make or use a jar sauce (tomato based or gravy based), to cook the meatballs in til thoroughly cooked, prob about 10 to 15 mins and serve with pasta or mash and a green veg or salad.0

Well, I did the Kofte kebabs (following loosely this recipe: http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/kofta-kebabs/Detail.aspx - not really the quantities, but the same spices)
They were amazing! Just ovened them for a bit, slammed them in a pitta with some salad in it and then some wedges on the side
Was yummy!0 -
We had quite a large BBQ at the weekend and have about 25 burgers left over. I don't really want to eat burgers forveremore, and we're not having another BBQ soon either - They're all in the freezer at the minute.
Can you think of any recipes or anything different I can do with them other than burgers? I also have a random avacado, I'm not sure who brought it! A funny thing to bring along really I thought....
