Meatballs. I have about 8 packs of 4 x quarter ponders in freezer from getting them at 50p per pack. I plan on (when not using them for burgers) splitting each burger into 4 for meatballs, or maybe a meatloaf.0

I've decided im going to make mini Cornish pastries from them. Will pad them out well with carrots, onions and potatos and hopefully manage to get a big batch from it.
