My kids and I love HM beefburgers with mash and veggies covered in gravy. Yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy0

We have done this in the past too. How about chopping them up and putting on a pizza, like tiny meatballs?
Also our cat likes them so if they are stupidly cheap we cook then cool them and the cat eats them. Its cheaper than cat food and she loves them.Tess x

We like them mixed with bits of bacon and sausage with veg and beans. Add a little BBQ sauce to it and have it on a jacket potato.

For a change, I sometimes do burgers with a ratatouille type sauce and pasta, Just fry or grill the burgers till they are nice and crispy, make a simple sauce with onion/mushroom/courgette/passata and anything else you want to chuck in, and serve with pasta. You could chop the burgers up and mix it in if you want but I never bother

I have some quarter pounders in the freezer which I want to use up, but I don't fancy having them as a beefburger!
Does anyone have any recipe ideas that will enable me to make something yummy with them?!
Thanks!0 -
Are they premium quality burgers (i.e. 100% beef or near enough but with quality extras like onions, spices etc) or are they of the usual variety with rusk etc - what you can do with them sort of depends on what they're made with"Science is a wonderful thing if one does not have to earn one's living at it" Einstein 19510

I would defrost them, slice or dice them up, and use in place of the meat in almost any recipe. For instance, I'd use them to make a chunky chilli and have with jacket potatoes..."Your life is what your thoughts make it"
